微波辐射合成丙二醇硬脂酸酯
Synthesis of propylene-glycol stearate under the irradiation of microwave
【摘要】 在微波辐射条件下 ,用不同的脂肪酸和丙二醇反应 ,合成脂肪酸丙二醇酯。讨论了不同催化剂、催化剂用量、微波功率、辐射时间和醇酸摩尔比对反应的影响。其优化反应条件为n(脂肪酸)∶n(丙二醇)=1∶2 5 ,催化剂(对甲基苯磺酸 ,PTSA)为0 8 % ,微波功率为600W ,反应时间10min。该条件下的反应速率是常规加热条件下的24倍。
【Abstract】 The propylene-glycol stearate was rapidly synthesized by esterification of fatty acid with propylene-glycol under microwave irradiation.The effects of microwave power,irradiation time,the molar ratio of fatty acid to propylene-glycol and the different catalysts on the acid value were investigated.The optimum reaction conditions were the molar ratio of fatty acid to propylene-glycol1∶2.5,PTSA0.8%,microwave power600W,irradiation time10min.The reaction was24times faster than conventional heating.
