离散孔波纹板气膜冷却的实验研究

【摘要】 对两种不同开口规律的离散孔波纹板进行了实验研究,分析了来流气动参数及波纹板的开孔规律等几何参数对冷却效率的影响,建立了离散孔波纹板气膜冷却对流换热模型,用最小二乘法拟合了相应的关系式及关系曲线,并将有关结果与离散孔平板进行了对比研究,得出了离散孔波纹板,尤其是在其波峰与波谷之间开有大孔的离散孔波纹板,在其波峰与波谷之间,冷却效率较低,在孔板的尾端,其冷却效率的增长比离散孔平板明显加快.

【Abstract】 This paper investigates two different wave discrete hohe boards and analyzes the effects of the flow gas parameters and the geometric parameters of the discrete hole wave board on film cooling effectiveness.By the method of heat balance,the model of heat transfer of discrete hole wave board film cooling was established,and the transfer coefficients were obtained.The conclusions which were drawn as follows:The cooling effectiveness of discrete hole wave board was low between the wave peak and the wave volley, and the cooling effectiveness increases very quickly behind the discrete hole wave board.
