分子筛催化器降低稀燃发动机NO_x排放的研究
Study on the Reduction of NO_x Emission by Using Zeolite/Cordierite Monolithic Catalysts in a Lean-Burn Gasoline Engine
【摘要】 采用原位合成技术制作的分子筛堇青石整体式催化器,减少稀燃NOx排放.稀燃发动机台架实验结果表明,可采用排气中的HC和CO等还原物质对NOx进行选择还原,排气温度在450℃附近时,NOx转化效率最大达40%,此时HC的转化效率接近60%,而CO基本没有变化.
【Abstract】 A new catalyst for selective reduction of NO_x was investigated.Zeolites were in-situ synthesized on the surface of a honeycomb-shaped cordierite under hydrothermal conditions.Investigations on a lean burn engine indicated that NO_x could be removed by using HC and CO in the exhaust gas as reduction agents.When the catalyst was used,the indicated NO_x conversion could reach a maximum of 40% at 450 ℃.At the same time,the HC conversion was about 60%,whereas the CO was hardly converted.
