【摘要】 通过试验建立了一种鲜奶中铵盐测定的新方法,并对该法所需KI、NaCIO和NaOH试剂的加入顺序和用量等影响因素进行了系统的考察和优化,最终确定的操作步骤为:给掺假样品中依次加入KI和NaCIO-NaOH混合试液,体系出现棕灰至黑色判为阳性反应,在最佳操作条件下对NH4+的检出下限为16.82mg/L乳。结果表明,该方法灵敏,操作简便,掺假现象容易判断和把握,检测费用低廉,适宜于在养殖、收购和销售等现场及野外进行操作,便于推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper a new method for rapid inspection of ammonium salt in fresh milk is established through the test,and has carried on systematic observation and optimization to some factors.The best operating sequence is :join KI and NaClO-NaOH mixed solution to the adulterated sample sequentially,then the appearance of brown to dark is judged the positive reaction.Under the best operation condition,the lowest quantity limit of NH4+that can be detected is 16.82 mg/L milk.The test phenomenon showed the method was sensitive and simple.Moreover it is very cheap and convenient to inspection.So is easy to be popularized and applied.更多还原
