【摘要】 针对石门电厂引风机振动大的频发故障,研制出引风机振动在线监测系统。文中扼要论述监测系统的组成、工作原理、性能特点和技术指标,以及使用的显著效果,进而指出大型发电机组主机及主要辅机安装振动在线监测系统的必要性。

【Abstract】 To eliminate the frequent failures of induced draft fans installed at Shimen Power Plant due to serious vibrations an on line vibration monitoring system has been developed for the above fans. A brief account is given of the composition, working principles, characteristic features and technical indexes of the monitoring system. The excellent results obtained from the use of the system are given. In addition, it is also noted there is a real necessity of installing an on line vibration monitoring system for the main machines and auxiliaries of large sized power generation plants.
