【摘要】 介绍了 1 3 5MW等级循环流化床 (CFB)锅炉的运行业绩、存在问题 ,以及相应的改进措施。煤质变化对CFB锅炉安全、经济运行影响很大 ,必须引起关注 ;根据煤质调整合理的入炉煤粒度级配是保证CFB锅炉正常运行的重要手段 ;在煤质不能改变的情况下 ,必须改用对灰渣粒度不敏感的滚筒式冷渣器取代原设计的风水联合冷渣器更多还原

【Abstract】 The operational performance, existing problems, and corresponding improvement measures of 135 MW class circulating fulidized bed (CFB) boiler have been presented, it is considered that the quality variation of coal sorts has influence upon safe and economic operation of CFB boiler, needing to pay close attention; resonable adjustment of particle size gradation for as-fired coal according to the coal quality is an important means for ensuring normal operation of CFB boiler. Under condition, in which the quality of coal can’t be varied. it is need to use drum type slag-cooler which isn’t sensible to pay ticle size of ash and slag for replacing the originally designed slag-cooler with air and water cooling combination.更多还原
