低温废热高效回收系统的优化
EXERGY OPTIMIZATION FOR LOWTEMPERATURE WASTEHEAT RECOVERY SYSTEM
【摘要】 多级闪蒸混汽热力系统 ,是一种先进的废热高效动力回收的系统配置。采用复形调优法 ,以火用回收率为目标 ,对低温废热回收系统进行了中压闪蒸压力参数寻优分析与研究 ,研究结果应用于大型水泥企业低温废热回收的单级闪蒸混汽热力系统 ,取得较明显的废热回收利用效果。
【Abstract】 Multiple flash evaporationvapor mixing thermal systemd is an advanced and high efficient waste heat recovery systemd isposition, adopting composite optimization adjusting method, and aiming at exergy recovery rate. An optimizing analysis and study on medium pressure flash evaporation pressure parameters of lowtemperature wasteheat recovery system have been carried out. The results of study have been used to singlestage flash evaporitionvapor mixing thermal system of lowtemperature wasteheat recovery in a largescale cement enterprise, obtaining considerable effectiveness in waste recovery and utilization.
