超细化煤粉气流着火特性的试验研究

【摘要】 超细化煤粉再燃是一种新兴的低NOx 燃烧方式 ,与常规粒度的煤粉燃烧方式相比 ,超细化煤粒再燃具有稳燃效果好、燃烧效率高、低NOx 污染、煤粉燃尽率高以及综合经济性高等优点。通过试验对超细化煤粉气流着火特性进行了研究 ,结果表明 ,煤粉经过细化及超细化后 ,其燃烧特性有显著改善 ,着火指数下降 ,NOx 的还原率有所提高。

【Abstract】 Refiring of superfine pulverized coal is a newly developed low NO_x combustion mode, compared with combustion mode of pulverized coal with normal particle size, the new mode has many advantages as in the following: good results of stable combustion; high efficiency of combustion; high ratio of burnout; and high comprehensive economic performance etc.. Through tests, the ignition behavior of superfine pulverized coal and air mixture has been studied. Results show that the combustion perfomance of fine and superfine pulverized coal has been remarlkably improved, the firing index obviously decreased, and the reduction ratio of NO_x being enhanced to some extent.
