基于动量法的乏气送粉锅炉风粉在线监测系统及其在DCS上的实现
ONLINE MONITORING SYSTEM OF AIR AND POWDERED COAL MIXTURE BASED ON MOMENTUMMETHOD FOR BOILERS USING EXHAUSTED GAS TO TRANSPORT PULVERIZED COAL, AS WELL AS ITS REALIZATION ON DCS SYSTEM
【摘要】 阐述了基于动量法的乏气送粉锅炉的煤粉浓度与风速的测量原理。在天生港电厂GKS 90 0 0DCS系统上开发了风粉在线监测系统 ,对系统的软硬件组成、测量的关键性技术、系统的可靠性与实用性等进行了介绍。系统可为运行人员及时监测锅炉风粉实况和进行燃烧优化调整提供有效手段。
【Abstract】 The principle of measuring pulverized coal concentration and air velocity for boilers using exhausted gas to transport pulverized coal has been expounded. An online monitoring syster of air and powdered coal mixture has been developed on GKS9000 DCS system in Tianshenggang Power Plant, the composition of hardware and software in the said system, key techniques of measurement, as well as the reliability and practicality of said system being presented. The said system can provide effective means for operators to monitor timely the real state of air and powdered coal mixture in the boiler, and to adjust optimally the combustion.
