阳离子交换树脂铁污染的复苏研究
STUDY ON RESUSCITATION OF CATION EXCHANGE RESIN POLLUTED WITH IRONIC IONS
【摘要】 软化器使用的阳离子交换树指容易受到铁离子的污染。为此 ,对复苏方法进行了研究。采用均匀设计法 ,利用回归分析和最优化技术研究了复苏剂中各组分对复苏效果的影响 ,得出了最佳复苏剂配方。试验结果表明 ,采用亚硫酸钠还原复苏法对铁污染树脂进行复苏是可行的。复苏后 ,树脂的外观颜色和工作交换容量得到较好的恢复 ,理化性能未出现异常 ,且复苏成本较低。
【Abstract】 Cation exchange resin used in the so fteners is easily subjected to pollution from ironic ions. For this reason, a study on methods of resuscitation has been carried out. The infuence of compositions in the resuscitative agents upon the effectiveness of resuscitation has been studied by using regression analysis and optimization technology, obtaining an optimal prescription of the resuscitative agent. The test results show, it is possible to use resuscitation method of sodium sulfite reduction for resuscitating resin polluted by ironic ions. After resuscitation, the exterior colour of said resin has been renewed, having no abnormality in physical and chemical properties, achieving comparatively perfect restoration of the working exchange capacity, and reducing the cost of resuscitation.
