锅炉粗粉分离器改造
RETROFITING OF CLASSIFIER FOR BOILERS
【摘要】 针对湖北襄樊发电有限责任公司 4× 30 0MW机组锅炉粗粉分离器效率低、循环倍率高等问题 ,提出了将原轴向I型粗粉分离器改为串联双轴型的改造方案。改造后 ,粗粉分离器效率提高了 15 %以上 ,飞灰可燃物由 5 .5 %下降到 2 .9%,节能效果显著。
【Abstract】 In view of low efficiency and high circulating ratio problems of classifier for boilers of 4×300MW units in Xiangfang Power Generation Co Ltd, Hubei Province, a retrofitting scheme of changing original single shaft classifier to series double shaft one has been put forward. After retrofitting, the efficiency of said classifier has enhanced above 15%, combustible in fly ash decreased from 5.5% to 2.9%, having obvious effectiveness.
