湿法除尘器对多环芳烃排放控制的研究

【摘要】 在某 15 0t/d煤与垃圾混烧异重介质循环流化床锅炉上 ,针对湿法除尘器对多环芳烃PAHs排放控制性能进行了试验研究。采集并分析了湿法除尘器前的飞灰 ,表明颗粒物及颗粒物上的PAHs随颗粒直径呈对数正态分布 ,且PAHs更多地吸附在细微颗粒上。在湿法除尘前后 ,分 4种工况同步测定了烟气中PAHs的浓度 ,结果表明湿法除尘器对焚烧烟气中的PAHs具有一定的脱除效果 ,对中高分子量PAHs的脱除效果尤佳。长期运行的湿法除尘器对PAHs类有机污染物的排放控制存在明显的“记忆效应” ,该效应对湿法除尘器脱除PAHs产生负面影响。

【Abstract】 Experimental studies on the effects of a wet scrubber upon controlling the PAHS emissions have been carried out on a 150t/d circulating fluidized bed MSWcoal mixfired lncinerator, fly ash before said scrubber being taken and analysed. Results show that the particles and PAHS on the particle appear as logarithmic noctmal distribution along with the diameter of particles, PAHS being absorbed much more on the fine particle. The concentration of PAHS in flue gas has been measured simultaneously before and after the wet scrubber under four operating conditions. Results indicate that the wet scrubber has certain effectiveness on removing PAHS, especially for MMW(moderate molecular weight) and HMW(high molecular weight) PAHS. The wet scrubber under longterm operation has an obvious “memory effect” for PAHS, and the said memoryeffect has a negative influence on controlling PAHS emissions.
