【Abstract】 Since “the Population and Family Planning Law of the People’s Republic of China" came into force, various areas in China have revised the existing population and family planning regulations, but there still exist some problems in the definition of awards and punishment and also the objectives of social security, the definition of social raising, and the collection measure. The current paper analyzes on the above-mentioned problems and puts forward relative proposals in order to promote the legalization process in China.更多还原
