【Abstract】 Large-scale projects are generally characterized by complicated technology, lots of affecting factors and long time span. Since contract terms directly affect the execution of a contract, a perfect contract could effectively reduce disputes between both sides of the contract, avoid risk, control investment and bring about remarkable economic benefit, on the contrary, an imperfect contract may bring about endless hidden troubles even disasters. The key to successfully signing a contract consists in sufficient preparation before signing the contract.
