高压磨料水喷嘴磨损实验研究
The Experimental Study on Nozzle Wear of High Pressure Abrasive Water-jet
【摘要】 本文采用硬质合金和陶瓷材料制成喷嘴,在高压水设备上进行了磨损实验研究。结果表明,影响其耐磨性主要因素是喷嘴材料、表面硬度及高压磨料水工艺参数。同时采扫描电镜对喷嘴磨损表面进行了分析。
【Abstract】 The wear test was carried on a nozzle which was made from carbides and ceramics on high pressure abrasive water-jet machine. The result showed the main influences of resistance wear of nozzle were materials and surface hardness as well as abrasive water-jet processing parameters. Wear surface of nozzle were analysed with scanning electron microscope.
