【摘要】 在磨屑群理论的基础上,提出了以KTP-1型旋转式铁谱仪制得谱片内圈内侧磨屑长轴尺寸大于某一临界值所有磨屑的总数,作为描述摩擦副磨损状态的磨屑群体特征参数。通过45~#钢对45~#钢的滚滑复合摩擦磨损实验,验证了该参数和摩擦副磨损率的变化规律具有很高的相似性。同时给出了任一张谱片上该参数的提取规范。

【Abstract】 Based on the debris group theory, a new parameter of debris group characteristic, which was the sum of all debris that was in the inner loop of ferrogram and its size of long axis was more than a criterion, was put forward. The ferrogram was made by model KTP-1 rotary Ferrographic instrument. It was found that the varying rule of the parameter varying with wear time was almost the same with the wear rates’ by wear experiment of 45~# friction pairs. The choosing principle of the parameter for any ferrogram was also given.
