金属塑性成形的摩擦力学模型探讨
Study on Mechanical Model of Friction in Metal Forming
【摘要】 对金属板料在塑性变形过程中摩擦力的形成原因进行了分析,运用塑性成形理论和摩擦学原理建立了力学模型,并通过实验得出了当压力改变时摩擦力各分量的变化趋势。可以为数值模拟及工艺分析提供理论依据。
【Abstract】 The reasons that result in friction forces between metal sheet and mould were analyzed, a mechanical model of friction was built based on principle of plastic forming and tribology. And trends of each branch of friction force were achieved by experiment, when the total pressure changed. The research can be helpful to numerical simulation and process analysis.
