液相沉淀法制备硫氰酸亚铜纳米颗粒

【摘要】 以无机盐CuSO4为原料 ,Na2 SO3 做还原剂 ,NaSCN为沉淀剂 ,采用液相沉淀法制备了CuSCN纳米颗粒 ,制备的CuSCN产品粒度在 70~ 90nm左右 ,产品粒度较均匀。文章探讨了各种制备条件对产物粒度的影响

【Abstract】 CuSCN nano-particles were prepared in CuSO4 solution by liquid-phase precipitation method using Na2SO3 as reducing agent and NaSCN as precipitating agent. X-ray diffraction analysis and SEM photograph show that the diameter of the particles is 70-90nm and the particles are spherical or cubic crystallites structure.The main effect factors of preparation condition were discussed.
