【Abstract】 CuSCN nano-particles were prepared in CuSO₄ solution by liquid-phase precipitation method using Na₂SO₃ as reducing agent and NaSCN as precipitating agent. X-ray diffraction analysis and SEM photograph show that the diameter of the particles is 70-90nm and the particles are spherical or cubic crystallites structure.The main effect factors of preparation condition were discussed.更多还原
