γ-LiAlO2晶体的退火研究
Annealing Study of γ-LiAlO2 Crystal Grown by Temperature Gradient Technique
【摘要】 利用温度梯度法生长出了透明的γ LiAlO2 单晶 ,通过扫描电镜和X射线薄膜衍射分析了不同退火气氛对所切得的 ( 0 0 1 )晶片表面结构的影响。结果表明 :1 1 0 0℃ / 70h空气和真空中的退火处理使γ LiAlO2 晶片表层变成LiAl5O8多晶 ,而同温度富锂气氛退火可以有效地抑制锂的挥发 ,保持了晶格完整性并且提高了晶体质量
【Abstract】 A transparent γ-LiAlO2 crystal has been grown by temperature gradient technique (TGT).(001) plane γ-LiAlO2 crystals annealed in different ambients were studied by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The surface of γ-LiAlO2 crystal annealed at 1100℃ for 70h in air or vacuum becomes polycrystals shown to be a single phase of LiAl5O8, and the lithium-rich annealing ambient leads to a γ-LiAlO2 crystal with high-quality surface.
