中温SOFCLa0.9Sr0.1Ga0.8Mg0.2O3-δ固体电解质的电性能研究
Electrical Properties of La0.9Sr0.1Ga0.8Mg0.2O3-δ Solid Electrolyte for Intermediate Temperature SOFC
【摘要】 采用固相反应法制备了La0 .9Sr0 .1Ga0 .8Mg0 .2 O3 -δ(LSGM)固体电解质 ,XRD测试表明 ,经 15 0 0℃煅烧 2 4h后得到LSGM单相结构 ,采用交流阻抗测试技术对La0 .9Sr0 .1Ga0 .8Mg0 .2 O3 -δ的电性能进行了研究 ,结果表明La0 .9Sr0 .1Ga0 .8Mg0 .2 O3 -δ低温区电导率主要取决于晶界电导 ;而在高温区电导率主要取决于晶粒电导。低温下导电率激活能较高为 1.0 9eV ,高温的激活能较低为 0 .8eV。
【Abstract】 The electrolyte La0.9Sr0.1Ga0.8Mg0.2O3-δ was prepared by the method of solid state reaction. X-ray diffraction was used to characterize the phase transition with the calcination temperature. The result shows that the single phase LSGM is formed at 1500℃ for 24h calcination. AC impedance spectra were used to measure the conductivity of the sintered pellet. The results show that the grain boundary resistivity contributes to the total conductivity at low temperatur and the grain resistivity contributes to it at high temperature, and the activity energy is 1.09eV at low temperature and 0.8eV at high temperature respectively.
