Li3N在合成BN反应中的作用研究
Effect and Mechanism of Li3N in the Synthesis of BN
【摘要】 金属Li在500℃同N2反应得到的Li3N,对高温高压下hBN向cBN的转变,常压高温下B4C与NH4Cl的反应有催化作用;还可以在溶剂热方法中作为与BBr3反应生成hBN和cBN的氮源。本文分析了Li3N在上述三种反应中的作用机理,并提出用极化模型解释Li3N在常压下的催化机制和在溶剂热方法中的反应机制的观点。
【Abstract】 Li3N obtained from Li and N2 at 500℃ shows catalytic effect on the transformation of cBN from hBN at high temperature and high pressure,and so does in the reaction of B4C and NH4C1 at normal pressure and high temperature; besides it can be used as nitride resources reacting with BBr3 synthesizing hBN and cBN in solvent method. This paper also analyzed the reaction mechanism of Li3N in above three functions, and interpreted its catalytic function with polarization model at ambient pressure, furthermore explained the reason for using Li3N as nitrides.
