【摘要】 [目的]观察化痰祛瘀片(主要由云苓、丹参、陈皮、山楂、法半夏、赤芍、三七、甘草等中药组成)对颈动脉粥样硬化患者的影响。[方法]运用彩色多普勒超声技术,分别测定40例颈动脉粥样硬化患者治疗前与用化痰祛瘀片治疗后颈动脉内膜中层厚度(MIT)及颈动脉血管阻力(RI)的变化。[结果]40例颈动脉粥样硬化患者服用化痰祛瘀片后MIT、RI均较治疗前下降,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.01)。[结论]化痰祛瘀片可改善患者的颈动脉粥样硬化程度。更多还原

【Abstract】 [ Objective ] To investigate the effect of Huatan Quyu Tablets in treating carotid atherosclerosis ( CA). [Methods] Color Doppler ultrasonographic technique was used to detect the mid-intima thickness (MIT) and carotid resistance (CR) in 40 cases of CA before and after treatment with Huatan Quyu Tablets . [Results] MIT and CR were both decreased after treatment (P < 0.01 compared with those before treatment). [Conclusion] Huatan Quyu Tablets is effective on CA.更多还原
