【摘要】 【目的】 评价壮筋补骨丸促进骨折愈合的临床疗效。【方法】 将123例桡骨远端骨折患者,随机分为壮筋补骨丸组(38例)、伤科接骨片组(43例)及对照组(42例),对照观察各组骨折临床愈合时间及骨折愈合程度。【结果】 壮筋补骨丸组临床愈合时间较对照组提前8.46 d(P<0.001),与伤科接骨片组作用相仿(P>0.05)。骨痂X线观察表明:壮筋补骨丸组骨折愈合程度优于对照组(P<0.001或P<0.01);在第30天,其疗效亦优于伤科接骨片组(P<0.01)。【结论】 壮筋补骨丸具有促进骨折愈合的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】 To investigate the therapeutic effect of Zhuangjin Bugu Pill (BPZ) in promoting fracture healing. 【Methods】 One hundred and twenty-three patients with Colles’ fracture were randomized to three groups: group A (n =38) treated with BPZ, group B (n =43) with Shangke Jiegu Tablet and group C (n=42) as control. The fracture healing time and healing degree of fracture were observed after treatment. 【Results】 In group A, the fracture was clinically healed 8.46 days earlier than that in group C ( P<0.001), the effect in group A being similar to that in group B (P>0.05). X-my evaluation of callus showed that the healing degree of fracture in group A was superior to that in group C (P<0.001 or P<0.01); the effect was also better than that in group B (P<0.01) on the 30th day after treatment. 【Conclusion】 BPZ has an effect in promoting fracture healing.更多还原
