【摘要】 【目的】通过测定骨疏灵胶囊中异补骨脂素的含量以控制制剂内在质量。【方法】采用高效液相色谱法 ,以甲醇 水(V甲醇∶V水 =4 8∶5 2 )为流动相 ,流速 1 1mL/min ,色谱柱为C18柱 ,检测波长为 2 4 5nm。【结果】异补骨脂素在 0 0 342～0 2 736 μg线性关系良好 (r=0 9998) ,平均回收率为 92 11% (RSD =1 89% ,n =5 ) ,方法重现性好 (RSD =2 0 5 % )。【结论】以高效液相色谱法检测骨疏灵胶囊中的异补骨脂素含量 ,可避免制剂中其他化学成分的干扰 ,专属性好 ,且操作简便。更多还原

【Abstract】 To determine the content of isopsoralen in Gushuling Capsule. High performance liquid chromatography was performed on C 18 column. The chromatographic conditions were as follows: methanol-water (48∶52) as mobile phase, flow rate being 1.1?mL/min and the detecting wavelength at 245?nm. A good linearity of isopsoralen was shown in the range of 0.0342～0.2736?μg, r=0.9998. The average recovery is 92.11%, RSD=1.89% (n=5). The method is with good reproducibility,RSD=2.05%.[Conclusion]This method can supply evidence for the quality control of Gushuling Capsule.更多还原
