【摘要】 【目的】观察化浊降脂方对2型糖尿病合并高脂血症的临床疗效。【方法】将76例患者随机分为两组,治疗组40例,对照组36例。两组病人均予以饮食控制及用口服降糖药或胰岛素控制血糖,在此基础上,治疗组加服化浊降脂方(主要由黄芪、白术、玄参、黄连、泽泻、瓜蒌、山楂、丹参、红花、水蛭、三七等中药组成),1剂/d,水煎服;对照组加服多烯康胶丸,每次3丸,3次/d。4周为1个疗程,连续观察两个疗程。【结果】治疗组总有效率为87.50％,优于对照组的63.89％,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。与同组治疗前比较,治疗组总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)显著下降,高密度脂蛋白(HDL)显著升高(P<0.05或P<0.01),而对照组血脂各项指标的改善均无显著性差异(P>0.05);与对照组比较,治疗组血脂各项指标的改善均有显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。【结论】化浊降脂方能改善2型糖尿病患者脂代谢紊乱的状态,有效地降低血清TC、TG及LDL水平,升高血清HDL水平,对防治心脑血管等慢性并发症具有一定的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To observe the therapeutic effect of Huazhuo Jiangzhi Prescription (HJP, mainly composed of Radix Astragali, Rhizoma Atractylodis, Radix Scrophulariae, Rhizoma Coptidis, etc.) on type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) complicated with hyperlipidemia. [Methods] Seventy-six cases were randomized into Group A (n=40) and Group B (n=36). The two groups were given diet control, insulin and oral use of drugs for decreasing blood-sugar level. Additionally, Group A was treated with HJP (one dose per day) and Group B with Duoxikang Capsule (3 grains, tid). Four weeks constituted one treatment course and the treatment last two courses. [Results] The total effective rate was 87.50% in Group A and 63.89% in Group B (P<0.01). After treatment, serum levels of total cholesterol (TC), triglycerides (TG) and low density lipoprotein (LDL) were decreased and high density lipoprotein (HDL) were increased in Group A as compared with those before treatment and those in Group B (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Indexes of blood lipid in Group B after treatment did not differ from those before treatment. [Conclusion] HJP can regulate the disorder of blood lipid metabolism in patients with T2DM complicated with hyperlipidemia, decrease the levels of TC, TG and LDL and increase the level of HDL. HJP exerts a certain effect in preventing and treating complications of T2DM such as cardio-cerebral vascular diseases.更多还原
