【摘要】 目的:观察小针刀合手法复位治疗Colles骨折畸形愈合的临床疗效。方法:对32例Colles骨折畸形愈合患者以小针刀闭合穿孔行扇形凿骨,折骨后重新整复、固定,外敷驳骨黄水纱块,并按骨折3期辨治。结果:治愈23例,好转8例,未愈1例,总有效率为96.9％。结论:小针刀合手法治疗Colles骨折畸形愈合方法简单,创伤小,感染机会少,疗效好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To oberve The#curative effect of needle -like kife with reduction manipulation for deformative healing ofColles fracture (DHCF), the bone was broken in fan - shap byclosed perforation of needle - like knife, restituted, fixed and ap-plied with medicinal gauze externally. TCM decoction was givenaccording to the syndrome of Ⅲ - stage fracture. Results: 23 caseswere cured, 8 cases improved and 1 case ineffectie, the total effec-tive rate being 96. 6%.
