【摘要】 目的:观察中医综合疗法治疗子宫内膜异位症的疗效。方法:35例子宫内膜异位症患者,内服桂枝茯苓丸合失笑散加减(处方:桂枝、茯苓、夏枯草、赤芍、桃仁、红花、枳壳、五灵脂、土鳖虫、薏苡仁、延胡索、香附、甘草),配合外敷双柏散、复方毛冬青灌肠液灌肠、局部照射理疗等综合治疗。3个月经周期为1疗程。结果:痊愈4例,显效17例,有效9例,无效5例,总有效率85.71％。其中33例痛经患者疼痛基本消失20例,疼痛减轻12例,无效1例;24例巧克力囊肿中经B超证实消失4例,缩小13例,无明显变化7例。结论:中医综合疗法治疗子宫内膜异位症,能够减轻和改善症状,提高生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the curative effect of compre-hensive TCM therapy for endometriosis. Methods: 35 cases of en-dometriosis were treated by oral use of Guizhi Fuling Wan andmodified Shixiao San (composed of Ramulus Cinnaomi, Poria, SpicaPrunellae, Radix Paeoniae Rubrum, Semen Persicae, Flos Carthami,Fructus Aurrantii, Faces Trogopterori, Eupolyphagae seu Steleopha-ga, Semen Coicis, Rhizoma Corydalis, Rhizoma Cyperi and RadixGlycyrrhizae), external application of Shuangbo San, enema withIlex Pubescens Co. and topital physiotherapy. Three months consti-tuted a course of treatment. Results: 4 cases were cured, 17 casesmarkdely effective, 9 cases effective and 5 cases ineffective, the to-tal effective rate being 85. 71%. In 33 cases with dysmenorrhea, thepain was relieved in 20 cases, decreased in 12 cases and notchanged in 1 cases. In 24 cases with chocolate cyst, the cyst wasdisappeared in 4 cases, reduced in 13 cases and not changed in 7cases as shown by B - Utrasonic wave examination. Conclusion:Comprehensive TCM therapy can relieve symptoms and increase thequality of life for endometriosis.更多还原
