念慈庵川贝枇杷膏合云南白药治疗放射性食管炎32例疗效观察
Treatment of Radiation Esophagitis by Niancian’ s Chuanbei Pi-pa Gao Combined with Yunnan Baiyao: A Clinical Observation of 32 Cases
【摘要】 目的:观察念慈庵川贝枇杷膏合云南白药治疗放射性食管炎的临床疗效。方法:将60例放射性食管炎患者分为2组。治疗组32例服用念慈庵川贝枇杷膏合云南白药,对照组28例服用消炎解痉液。2组均以10天为1疗程。结果:治疗组32例均获治愈,平均缓解天数为3.2天。对照组28例中治愈22例,平均缓解天数为5.6天。结论:念慈庵川贝枇杷膏合云南白药治疗放射性食管炎有较好的临床疗效。
【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the curative effect of Niancian’ s Chuanbei Pipa Gao (CPG) combined with Yunnan Baiyao (YB) for radiation esophagitis (RE). Methods: 60 cases of RE were allocated to 2 groups. The treatment group (32 cases) was treated by CPG combined with YB and the control group (28 cases) by Xiaoyan Jiejing Ye. 10 days constituted a course of treatment. Results: In treatment group, 32 cases were cured, the average remission time being 3. 2 days, and in control group 22 cases were cured, the average remission time being 5. 6 days, Conclusion: CPG combined with YB possesses a good clinical curative effect for RE.
