【摘要】 为了探讨海岛地区脂肪肝患者多项生化指标的变化趋势,应用血清流行病学调查方法,对脂肪肝患者进行实验室多项血清学指标检测,并与非脂肪肝患者比较,结果用SPSS.10软件包进行处理分析,结果表明:(1)脂肪肝的检出率为30.14%;各年龄组间的检出率无明显差异(P>0.05)。(2)脂肪肝的检出率随着体重指数的增高而增加;肥胖组与非肥胖组脂肪肝的检出率有明显差异(P<0.05)。(3)除白蛋白(ALB)、球蛋白(GLB)及其比值(A/G)外,脂肪肝患者的其他项目均明显高于非脂肪肝患者(P<0.01);谷丙转氨酶(ALT)升高的相对量较谷草转氨酶(AST)高。(4)脂肪肝患者的血细胞数量在一年前后有所改变,其中,红细胞(RBC)、白细胞(WBC)略有下降,血小板(PC)明显增加(P<0.01)。海岛地区脂肪肝的发生出现明显低龄化;肥胖是脂肪肝发生的重要危险因素;脂肪肝对患者的肝功能和造血功能造成一定的影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to explore the changes of the indexes of serology on fatty liver sufferer,by applying seroepidemiology to collect the data about the indexes of serology on fatty liver and non-fatty liver sufferers and using the software of SPSS.10 to analyse the outcome,results show that:(1)The mass incidence of fatty liver was 30.14 %,and there weren′t difference among different age(P>0.05).(2) The detectable rate of fatty liver increased with the body mass index(BMI).A remarkable difference could exist between the two groups of fatness and nonfatness(P<0.05). (3)The indexes of serology of persons with fatty liver were higher than those of persons with nonfatty liver except ALB,GLB and A/G,and the relatively quantity of ALT is much than that of AST.(4)The quantity of blood cells on fatty liver sufferers has changed in a year,and RBC,WBC were lower,however PC has been higher(P<0.01),and that the sufferers of fatty liver take obviously place in lower age.The fatness is very important risk-factor of fatty liver,and the impacts of fatty liver on liver and blood exist to some extent.更多还原
