我国海洋捕捞业发展趋向与结构调整分析研究

【摘要】 自1990年以来,我国的海洋捕捞业得到了迅速的发展,捕捞渔船和捕捞产量大幅度增加。到2002年,我国的水产品总产量为4565.18×104t,其中,海洋捕捞1433.49×104t。2003年,2003年1~11月,全国水产品产量达3875×104t,同比增长4.1%。但是、随着渔船和捕捞能力的急剧增加,也带来很多值得极为重视的问题。渔业资源严重衰退,经济效益不高,渔船转产难度较大,海洋渔业资源可持续开发管理和增殖技术体系不健全,远洋渔业开发装备和重大技术研究严重落后等。本文分析整理了近十几年的捕捞业发展资料,试图通过分析研究,提出今后可持续发展的建议。

【Abstract】 The marine fisheries of China has been forging rapidly ahead sinc e 1990.The mobiliged fishing boats and total marine fishery products of China ha ve increased greatly.The total aquatic products of China were 4656.18×104 tons and the total marine fisheries output of China was 1433.49×104 tons in 2002(The data in this paper are not including Taiwan Province).The total aquatic product s of China reached 3875×104 tons from Junuary to November 2003 with increase of 4.1 per cent compared with those in 2002.However,the rapid increase of mobilige d fishing boats and the enhancement of fishing ability in Chinese marine fisheri es have brought many serious problems which should be paid great attention.Becau se of the over-fishing of economical fish,the offshore fishery resources of Chi na have declined seriously.Now the economic benefit of Chinese marine fisheries is low.It is difficult to make marine fishing boats shift to new product fields. The sustainable development management and technology system of enhancing the ma rine fishery resources of China are not perfect.The product equipments and major technology researches of Chinese Deep Sea Fisheries are less developed in compa ration with that of developed countries.This paper analyzed and sorted out the d eveloping date of Chinese marine fisheries in recent ten years or so to make som e sustainable development suggestions for the marine fisheries of China.
