斜带石斑鱼人工育苗技术的初步研究
Preliminary Study on The Artificial Rearing Technique of Epinephelus coioides
【摘要】 从广东引进斜带石斑鱼受精卵1.5kg(约2.2×106粒),孵出仔鱼约1.8×106尾,在水温25.0~28.8℃、盐度25.6~28.4、溶解氧5.7~7.3mg/L的条件下,使用海水小球藻、牡蛎受精卵和担轮幼虫、轮虫、卤虫无节幼体、蒙古裸腹磣、不同规格的微颗粒配合饲料和鱼糜进行饲喂,经72d培育出平均全长44.1mm的幼鱼约3.05×104尾,育苗成活率达1.7%。
【Abstract】 About 1.8×106 larvae are hatched from 1.5 kg fertilized eggs(about 2.2×106) of Epinephelus coioides imported from Guangdong.In the water with temperature between 25.0~28.8 ℃and salinity between 25.6~28.4 and the oxygen between 5.7~7.3 mg/L,3.05×104 young fish with average total length 44.1 mm were cultivated through 72 days rearing by microalage(Chlorella),fertilization eggs of ostrea,fortified rotifer(Branchionus plicotilis),nauplii of artemia(Artemia salina),Moina mongolica,Compound microfeed of differents size, gruel of fish.The survival rate is 1.7 %.
