【摘要】 目的　为了 β射线所致皮肤损伤诊治和辐射防护评价以及核辐射事故应急的需要 ,进行了 β射线所致皮肤损伤剂量估算方法的研究。方法　根据有关文献资料和剂量评估研究的经验 ,进行系统化和规范化研究。结果　给出了 β射线所致皮肤损伤剂量估算的一般原则和方法。分别给出使用经验公式计算 β射线皮肤剂量率和使用有关系数对一些照射条件下估算皮肤剂量率的方法。考虑到放射性核素不断衰变的因素 ,还给出依据 β射线皮肤剂量率计算皮肤累积剂量的公式。结论　使 β射线皮肤剂量估算方法系统化和规范化 ,提高了剂量估算的可信性和可比性 ,为制定有关国家标准打下基础更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To diagnose the skin injuries from β irradiation and to evaluate the personal dose in β irradiation protection the methods of estimation on skin dose were studied and normalized in this paper.Methods According to our experience in dose evaluation and the information about β irradiation dose the methods of dose estimation from β irradiation were studied and normalized. Results The principles and methods of dose estimation from β irradiation were confirmed respectively. Conclusion The methods of dose estimation from β irradiation were systematized and normalized. The dose can be computed according to the coversation coefficient known in some β irradiation condition or according to some experience formulas.更多还原
