【摘要】 目的探讨静脉滴注低温液体对烧伤高热患者的降温效果。方法对60例烧伤高热患者进行静脉滴注低温液体,观察体温和生命体征变化。结果静脉滴注低温液体对60例烧伤高热有差异,体温均下降至38.5℃,滴注前后体温变化有显著性(P<0.05),有效率为100%。结论静脉滴注低温液体对烧伤高热患者有效、安全,是烧伤高热首选的降温方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the cooling effects of intravenous drip of hypothermal liquid on the patients with burn and high fever.Methods 60 cases of burn and high fever were treated with intravenous drip of hypothermal liquid. Their temperatures and vital signs were observed. Results The intravenous drip of hypothermal liquid showed a significant therapeutic effect on the 60 cases of burn and high fever(P< 0.05). The effective rate is 100%. Conclusion The intravenous drip of hypothermal liquid is effective and safe for the patients of burn and high fever. It is the preferred cooling method for these patients.更多还原
