【摘要】 目的了解梅县人群弓形虫感染情况,为预防控制提供科学依据。方法选择重点人群,采用ELISA进行弓形虫抗体IgM、IgG检测。结果共调查504人,人群弓形虫抗体阳性率10.12%,其中IgM阳性率4.56%,IgG阳性率5.56%。男性阳性率11.50%,女性阳性率9.21%,两者间无显著性差异。屠宰员阳性率26.67%;婚前妇女、孕妇、妇科病人阳性率10.23%;招工体检人员阳性率7.77%;医护人员阳性率5.88%。养猫、狗等宠物的人群阳性率16.33%,不养者阳性率8.62%,两者间有显著差异。结论梅县存在人类弓形虫感染,阳性率高于全国平均阳性率水平。以屠宰员阳性率最高,其次为婚前妇女、孕妇和妇科病人。养猫、狗等宠物的人群阳性率明显高于不养者。应加强弓形虫病防治知识的宣传,并引起有关部门的重视。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the Toxoplasma gondii infection in Meixian County and offer scientific measures to control the disease.Method ELISA was to test Toxoplasma gondii IgM &IgG in the high risk population of Meixian County. Results 504 individuals were surveyed. The positive rate ofToxoplasma gondii infection was 10.12%. Among that, IgM positive rate was 4.56%,and IgG positive rate was 5.56%. Positive rates of male and female were 11.50%and 9.21%, respectively. There is not a significant difference between the two. Positive rate of unmarried women, pregnant women or gynaecological patients was 10.23%. Positive rates of butcher, pre employ workers, medical staff, people with pets and people without pets were 26.67%, 7.77%, 5.88%, 16.33%, and 8.62%, respective.Conclusions Toxoplasma gondii infection is serious in Meixian County. The positive rate is higher than the national average. The infection rate of the butchers is the highest positive rate, while unmarried women, pregnant women or gyaecological patients is the second highest. People with pets have a significantly higher infection rate than those without pets. Therefore, we should strengthen the publicizing on how to prevent and control Toxoplasma gondii infection.
