【摘要】 目的预防和减少人工气道患者肺部感染发生率。方法对51例建立人工气道患者进行治疗前呼吸道痰液培养加药敏试验,了解呼吸道菌群分布,并依此来强化常规的口腔护理。结果人工气道建立后患者呼吸道内致病菌种类复杂,混合感染率高。结论应根据痰液培养及药敏结果考虑联合用药和选择漱口液来强化常规的口腔护理,可使大多数痰微生物培养阳性者于1周后转阴性或多菌种感染者转为单一菌种。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To prevent and reduce the occurrent rate of pulmonary infection in artificial airway patients. Methods Drug sensitivity test and sputum culturing were performed in 51cases of artificial airway patients before treatment. Conventional oral nursing of patients could be strengthened according to the condition of pathogen flora distribution. Result The respiratory pathogen flora was complicated after installing the artificial airway, and the mix infection rate of pathogen was high. Conclusions According to the result of sputum culturing and drug sensitivity test, the combined antibiotic and gargle should be used to strengthen conventional oral nursing. After 1 weeks treatment, the sputum cultural results of most patients were changed to negative, or from multiple bacteria infection to single bacteria infection.更多还原
