【摘要】 目的观察中西医结合治疗新生儿高胆红素血症的临床疗效。方法50例患儿随机分为2组,中西医结合治疗组25例,应用酶诱导剂、激素、丙种球蛋白、白蛋白的基础上,加用自拟中药退黄汤;对照组25例,采用酶诱导剂、激素、丙球、白蛋白。结果治疗组显效19例,有效6例,总有效率100%;对照组显效16例,有效7例,总有效率88%,有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗新生儿高胆红素血症疗效比单纯西医治疗更具优势。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the curative effect of for neonate hyperbilir ubinemia by TCM combined with western medicine (WM). Methods 50 cases were alloc ated to 2 groups randomly. The treatment group (25 cases) was treated by enzyme inducer, hormone, gamma globulin, albumin and tuihuang decoction. The control gr oup (25 cases) was only treated by enzyme inducer, hormone, gamma globulin and a lbumin. Results In treatment group, 19 cases were markedly effective, 6 cases we re effective, the total effective rate being 100%, while in the control group 1 6 cases were markedly effective, 7 cases were effective and the effective rate w as 88%(P< 0.05). The comparison of total effective rate showed a very significa nt difference between two treatments. Conclusion TCM combined with WM treatment for neonate hyperbilirubinemia is superior to that by WM alone.更多还原
