【摘要】 目的 确保血液质量与临床用血安全和无偿献血制度可持续发展。方法 采用体检时心理咨询与问卷调查方法对2100例无偿献血者各种心理状态进行调查研究分析。结果 2100例无偿献血者中,各种心理状态归纳如下:发扬救死扶伤精神的心理43.14％占主要;健康投资心理14.05％;防病心理11.33％;体检心理19.67％;尝试心理4.29％;惧痛心理3.29％;隐匿心理1.81％;其他2.43％。结论 加强《献血法》及血液生理知识的宣传,尤其是领导层宣传;提高献血者的献血意识;提高医护人员素质和高效优质的服务,确保献血者心身健康,以利于安全献血。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To ensure quality of blood, the safety of the blood for clinical use and the sustainable of theno pay blood donation system. Method The psychological conditions of 2100 unpaid blood donors were investigated andanalyzed with psychological consultation and writer-designed questionnaires during the course of the physical examination.Results The psychological conditions of 2100 unpaid blood donors could be summarized as: showing the spirit of savingother people’s life and helping injured people (the majority, 43. 14%), promoting health (24.05%), preventing disease(11.33%), receiving the physical examination (19.67%), having a try(4.29%), fearing the pain (1.81%), concealing(1.81%), and others (2.43%). Conclusion In order to ensure safety of blood donation, the health and good psychologicalcondition of the unpaid blood donors, propaganda, education of "Laws of Blood Donating" and the knowledge of bloodphysiology should be promoted, especially for executives. We should also uplift the attitude of blood donation of the unpaidblood donors. The quality and service of physician and nurses should also be improved.更多还原
