【摘要】 目的 探讨SARS期间护理人员的心理健康。方法 对广东省江门市中心医院的100名曾在SARS一线工作的护理人员进行自编的问卷调查及SCL-90及成人艾森克个性问卷(EPQ)评定。结果 (1)EPQ各因子分在不同组间有显著性差异;(2)SCL-90各因子分均有显著性差异;(3)回归分析显示有显著性意义的因子依次为人际敏感、焦虑、抑郁、躯体化、内外向、掩饰虚假和情绪稳定性。结论 健康的心理状态,良好的个性是抵御突发事件对护理人员不良心理影响的重要因素,前者更为重要。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the nurses’ mental health during the period of SARS out-break. MethodsQuestionaier and EPQ survey was performed on 100 medical staff who were handling the SARS patients during the SARSout-break in Jiangmen central hospital. Results (1) All factor scores of EPQ showed significant differences in differentgroups. (2) There were significant differences in the factors of SCL-90. (3) The logistic regression analysis reveald that thesignificant meaningful factor in proper order were sentivity of human relation, anxiety, depression, to transfer, introversionand extroversion, feint, and mood stability. Conclusion Healthy mental state and good personality are imporiant factors,which could against the negative mental affection in occurance, and the former is more important.更多还原
