【摘要】 目的　探讨围手术期不输血完成胸部肿瘤切除术的可行性。　方法　 2 0 0 0年 5月～ 2 0 0 3年 5月共施行胸部肿瘤切除术 5 2例 ,将其分为两组 ,输血组 3 2例 ,不输血组 2 0例 ,比较两组的相关指标。　结果　输血组与不输血组比较 ,术中出血量 ,手术前后外周血血红蛋白、红细胞、血小板计数、出凝血时间和术后感染性并发症的发生率均无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;胸腔引流量输血组大于不输血组 (P <0 .0 5 )。　结论　临床实践证明 ,只要术前病人无贫血出血倾向 ,且病人体质较好 ,在手术的各个环节减少出血 ,大多数胸部肿瘤患者手术时并不需要输血。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the feasibility of surgical removal of thoracic tumor without blood transfusion. Methods Operational removal of thoracic tumor in 52 patients was performed from January 2000 to January 2003. The 52 patients were divided into two groups, the transfusion group consisted of 32 patients and non transfusion group consisted of 20 patients. Results There were no differences in the amount of blood hemorrhage during operation, hemoglobin, RBC and platelet count before and after operation, time of blood coagulation and incidence of operational complications (P>0.05). The amount of thoracic drainage in transfusion group was more than non-transfusion group (P<0.05). Conclusion It is feasible for removal of thoracic tumor without blood transfusion.更多还原
