【摘要】 目的　对婴儿的不同喂养方式与营养性贫血的发生状况进行调查分析 ,为婴儿的科学喂养提供依据。方法　对 2 0 0 1年～ 2 0 0 2年出生进行常规保健的 6个月小儿进行调查。　结果　在营养性贫血发生率方面 ,完全母乳喂养儿高于混合喂养儿 ( χ2 =2 6 3 6,P <0 0 0 5 ) ,后者高于人工喂养 ( χ2 =6 74,P <0 0 1)。在血红蛋白水平方面 ,人工喂养儿与混合喂养儿比较无差异 (t =1 687,P >0 0 5 ) ,完全母乳喂养儿低于前两者 (t=2 2 83 ,P <0 0 5 ,t=2 14 7,P <0 0 5 )。　结论　母乳喂养的小儿应及时添加辅食 ,减少营养不良性贫血的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the baby-feeding ways and the prevalence of nutritional anemia and provide basis for scientific feeding babies. Methods The babies borne in 6 months during 2001～2002 and provided with health care were investigated. Results The incidence of nutritional anemia was higher in babies only with breast feeding than those with mixed feeding (χ 2=26.36,P<0.01), while the incidence of anemia in the latter was higher than those without breast feeding (χ 2=6.74,P<0.01). There no differences in hemoblobin level in the babies without breast feeding with mixed feeding were observed, but the hemoglobin level was lower in those only with breast feeding than those either without breast feeding and mixed feeding (t=2.283, P<0.05). Conclusion Other food should be added to babies only fed with breast to reduce the incidence of nutritional anemia.更多还原
