【摘要】 目的　了解SARS对江门市献血、受血的影响 ,制定应急采供血预防措施 ,以保证临床用血的需要与安全。　方法　采用回顾性资料分析 ,比较 2 0 0 3年流行期和 2 0 0 2年同期江门市无偿献血人数和供血量。　结果　江门市2 0 0 3年 2～ 6月无偿献血人数、临床用血量分别为 10 683人和 5 1965ml ,与 2 0 0 2年同期 13 0 0 4人和 10 7819ml相比有所减少 ,其中 4月份减少最明显。　结论　只要采取严格预防措施 ,参加无偿献血不会感染SARS。尽早制定医疗急救供血预案 ,做到有备无患更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the impact of SARS on blood-donating and blood-receiving in Jiangmen City and take measure to ensure the safety of clinical blood using. Methods The data concerning the number of blood donors and the amount of blood supplied in 2003 during SARS prevalence were retrospectively analyzed and compared with that of 2002. Results The number of unpaid blood donors and the clinical blood using from February to June 2003 were decreased as compared with that of the same period in 2002, especially in April. Conclusion The blood donors would not be infected with SARS during donation of blood if strict protective measures were taken. Preparedness of first medical aid be made as early as possible.更多还原
