【摘要】 目的　探讨交通事故所致肝损伤后 ,进行手术的时间与预后的关系。　方法　对 76例交通事故所致肝脏损伤进行回顾性分析 ,分析其合并伤的表现特点 ,比较不同手术时间的预后情况。　结果　交通事故致肝脏损伤在6h内进行手术预后较好。　结论　早期诊断和及时实施合理的手术治疗是提高抢救生存率的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the clinical features of heatic trauma due to traffic accident and the relationship between the operation time and prognosis. Methods Retrospective study of 76 hepatic trauma acses due to traffic accident was conducted for demonstrating the clinical manifestations and comparison of the results of prognosis in different operation time. Results Multiple organ injuries were observed in 88.2% of hepatic trauma cases due to traffic accident and the operation performed with 6 hours after injury could improve prognosis. Conclusion Early and prompt diagnosis and reasonably surgical treatment were the fundamentally important for improvement of survival rate.更多还原
