【摘要】 目的　回顾 5 0年来合浦县鼠疫监测取得的成绩 ,指出存在的问题 ,提出今后工作设想。　方法　利用合浦县历年上报的监测报表数据及年度工作总结 ,进行回顾性分析。　结果　 5 0年来合浦县用间接血凝方法检验了鼠血清 92 2 2 9份 ,检出 9份F1 抗体阳性鼠血清 ,用细菌学方法检验了 10 2 3 0 8只鼠和 483 3匹蚤 ,没有培养出鼠疫菌。　结论　合浦县鼠疫自然疫源地仍处于静息期。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To sum up the experiences in surveillance of plague in Hepu County in the last 50 years including the achievements made,existing problems and suggestions for future work. Methods The data concerning the annual surveillance of plague in Hepu County and the annual working summaries were retrospectively analyzed. Results In the last 50 years 92 229 specimens of rat sera were tested by using indirect hemagglutination assay (IHA) and 9 F 1 antibody positive were observed.;102 308 rat samples and 4 833 flea samples were bacterially cultured and detected and no Yersinia pestis was identified. Conclusion The results show that the natural infective foci in Hepu County remains in a quiescent period.更多还原
