【摘要】 目的　观察恶性疟原虫红内期在体外存活时间 ,分析其培养虫血的感染活力。　方法　采用Tragers等常规体外培养方法 ,待恶性疟原虫体外连续培养的原虫率达到 15 %～ 2 0 %时 ,吸取含虫血于保存液置 4℃贮存 ,以后每天吸取少量虫血培养 ,2 4h观察原虫生长情况。　结果　恶性疟原虫血 4℃贮存 2d疟原虫减虫率 80 6% ,10d几乎为10 0 % ;11d已未发现疟原虫。　结论　估算体外培养的恶性疟原虫红内期在体外 4℃贮存 ,存活时间不超过 11d。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the in vitro survival time of Plasmodium falciaprum at erythrocytic stage and analyze the infective activity of cultured blood. Methods The technique of in vitro conventional culture of plasmodium falciparum recommended by Tragers has been employed in this observation.The blood containing malaria parasites when the parasite density reached 15%～20% after continuously cultured and kept in RPMI-1640 medium with 25% human AB type sera at 4℃,then the growth the parasites were observed daily by taking a small quantity of cultured blood. Results The parasite reduction rate was 80.6% two days after in vitro at 4℃,100% 10 days after culture and there were no parasites on the eleventh day. Conclusion The survival time for Plasmodium falciparum cultured at 4℃ is less than 11 days.更多还原
