不同种株旋毛虫肌肉期幼虫温变形态观察比较

【摘要】 目的探索我国是否存在旋毛虫的不同类型及其在生物学性状方面与布氏旋毛虫(T.britovi,T3)和南方旋毛虫(T.nelsoni,T7)存在的差异。方法在4℃低温下观察云南、湖北、黑龙江、河南4地和2株国际标准株(T3、T7)旋毛虫肌肉期幼虫(ML)形态及其分布。结果 4地旋毛虫及2株国际标准株旋毛虫 ML 形态分布各不相同,呈螺旋状卷曲者所占的比例分别为14.1%、41.1%、12.1%、39.5%、3.5%和25.7%。其中湖北株、河南株比例接近,并且比例较高;云南株、黑龙江株分布比例接近,比例较低。该四株与 T3、T7比例皆相差较远。云南、湖北、黑龙江、河南4地和2株国际标准株(T3、T7)的温变率分别为3.92、9.86、6.72、9.40、2.43、11.68。结论我国4地与2株国际标准株旋毛虫 ML 在低温下形态上存在着明显的差异,提示我国4地旋毛虫存在2种不同的生物学类型,且与国际标准株(T3,T7)的亲缘关系较远。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore whether there are different types of trichinella in China and to learn where there are any difference in bio-character between them and T.britovi or T.nelsoni.Methods Muscle larvaes of Trichinella isolates obtained from Yunnan,Hubei,Heilongjiang,Henan province and species of T. britovi and T.nelsoni were observed at low temperature.Results Four Triehinella isolates obtained in China were different from each other.They were also different from T.britovi and T.nelsoni in morphology.The spiral-crimpy rate was 14.1%,41.1%,12.1%,39.5%,3.5% and 25.7%,respectively.Ratio of spiral-crimp rate at low temperature to that at normal temperature was 3.92,9.86,6.72,9.40,2.43,11.68,respectively. Conclusion The muscle larvae of the four Trichinella isolates in China are distinctly different from T.britovi and T.nelsoni in morphology at low temperature;it indicates that there are two different biological types of the four Trichinella isolates in China,which are not likely to be the same specie of T.britovi or T.nelsoni.
