【Abstract】 This paper analyses the outside factors and the inside factors which influence the development of hi-tech zones in China, and choose the strategy of hi-tech zones in the way of SPACE matrix. As a result of this analysis, hi-tech zones in China shall take a active measure to develop it. Finally this paper gives some key measures to develop hi-tech zones in our country.更多还原
