长江三峡局地气候监测系统及设计研究

【摘要】 为了掌握长江三峡工程兴建前后长江流域及其周围地区气候生态效应的时空变化 ,自 1 996年建立了相关行业组成的长江三峡工程生态与环境监测网络 ,局地气候监测子系统的工作也同时展开。目前的局地气候监测子系统不仅开展了三峡库区沿江的气候监测 ,还分别在库东、库西使用系留探空仪或雷达探空系统进行了高空气象观测 ,积累了详实、可靠的库区本底资料 ,并每年向三峡建设委员会和三峡工程建设总公司等有关部门提供三峡库区气候监测产品 ,为三峡工程建设服务。

【Abstract】 In order to reveal the spatial-temporal change of climatic and ecological effect in the Changjiang River Basin with the construction of Three Gorges Project, since 1996, an ecological and environmental monitoring system of the Three Gorges Project was established jointly and a climate monitoring sub-system was put in practice at the same time. Not only climate monitoring in the Three Gorge reservoir area is run, upper-air observation with moorage balloon sounding and radarsonde is also carried out in the east and west in the reservoir. Detailed and reliable background data are accumulated, the Three Gorges reservoir area climate monitoring products have been provided to Three Gorges Construction Committee and China Three Gorges Development Corporation every year to serve the Three Gorges Project construction.
