复合材料储能飞轮分层结构研究
Study on the Laminated Structure of Composites Flywheel Totor for Energy Storage System
【摘要】 采用有限元数值分析 ,分析了复合材料飞轮内部应力及应变 ,并结合复合材料缠绕成型工艺 ,提出一种新的复合材料飞轮分层结构。利用张力缠绕成型的分层结构的复合材料飞轮 ,最高转速可从 2 86 6 2r/min提高到6 30 5 7r/min。
【Abstract】 By finite element method (FEM), the structure of composites flywheel rotor is studied in this paper, the stress and strain in a spinning rotor is analyzed by FEM and an optimization method of the flywheel rotor structure is put forward.The composites flywheel rotor winded with filament winding process under tension control, the maximum rotation speed can be increased to 63057 r/min.
