【Abstract】 To many people, the antagonism of the capital class and the proletariat class does not exist in the society of U.S.A. with the middle class in the majority. Therefore, Marx’s class analysis theory is not suitable for the American society. But since the end of the cold war and the reduction of the quantity of middle class, the realistic class basis in the American society shows more and more; on the other hand, the expansion of the global capitalism has strengthened the antagonism between capitalist nobles and proletariat poor people all over the world, therefore, the Marxist discourse strengthen their suitability gradually.
