【摘要】 长期以来,我国服务业比重一直偏低,服务业的发展水平不仅落后于发达国家,而且也落后于同我国发展水平相当的发展中国家。导致这种结果的原因在于我国服务业的发展没有选准主导行业。因此,应当根据我国当前就业压力大、服务业发展起点低的国情,优先发展对扩大就业作用比较大的行业,如房地产、物流、社会服务业以及金融、旅游、电信等行业。本文从产业关联度、行业成长性、就业吸纳能力等方面对上述有关产业进行分析。更多还原

【Abstract】 To develop the service industry of our country, we should properly arrange for the develop order and the key sectors. Considering the big pressure of unemployment we are facing, we should give priority to some key sectors, which have the greatest influence to the economic development. The paper analyses some key sectors of the service industry from the perspective of industrial linkage, employment creating ability and growth sustainability.
